Mater Nostra

And there was light.

Mater Nostra

And there was light.

Frontal view of the illuminated Mater Nostra luminous sculpture.

An artwork between organic and technical

Our founding mother ? Who knows ?
Between the organic and the technical, Mater Nostra unfolds its porcelain moons, linked by a circuit of brass.
In the depth of ultramarine, one feels the infinity of the night and the mystery of origins.

A hidden intention can be sensed.

Questioning our origins through light

It is my way of raising the great existential questions that pass through us all:
Where do we come from, what light guides us, why all this ?

A matrix of light

One thing is certain: light has much to do with it.
It flows, transmits, transforms, linking stars and beings together.

And there was light.

Mater Nostra is not just a luminous sculpture.
It is a matrix, a tribute to that original part that founds us, invisible yet alive.
